Being a successful coach means demonstrating leadership and delegation skills, providing good oversight, sharing lessons learned, and providing solid advice. A good coach also sets a good example, provides clear instructions and welcomes feedback in order to clarify assigned goals and objectives. This person also establishes a positive relationship with employees and peers; facilitates a cooperative work environment; and provides specific, timely, and constructive feedback. | ||
