As Vice President of Architecture, David Huey directs the architectural, structural, and interiors staff for Dewberry Oklahoma. His responsibilities include maintaining current client relations, procuring new clients and the day-to-day requirements of staffing, scheduling of work, setting of priorities, and coordination of various disciplines within the departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Since joining the firm in 1986, Huey has continued to be involved extensively in projects for major medical and educational clients, such as Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa Regional Medical Center, broken Broken Arrow Medical Center, Warren Clinic, Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, Oklahoma State University, University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Community College, Southwest Missouri State University, Union Public Schools, Tulsa Public Schools, Sand Springs Public Schools, Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, and Broken Arrow Public Schools.

Vice President of Architecture
As Vice President of Engineering for Dewberry, Mike Arand manages the 30-person engineering staff providing municipal water resources, and transportation engineering services.
Since joining the firm in 1984, Arand has managed numerous water treatment and distribution system projects; wastewater collection, treatment and disposal projects; and urban street and highway projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Kansas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and North Carolina and is a member and past president of the Consulting Engineers council of Oklahoma.
